We always aim to keep all completed design files archived for as long as possible. We do our best to maintain them so that whenever you need to receive the files again, request edits, or reorder printing, your files are available.
However, due to the high volume of orders and the number of archive storage drives we manage, if more than one year has passed since your service was delivered, your files may be replaced with newer project files.
That said, if you are one of our regular clients and stay in continuous contact with us, you can rest assured that your files will remain safely stored in our archive.
